Requirements:
- University degree from Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Elentronics Engineering fields
- Advanced level of English, French is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced production engineering environment
- Available to live in Bursa
- Prior experince in process engineering in Automotive Sector is a plus
Job Description:
We are looking for a high performing, motivated engineers who is willing to contribute to his/her career journey in the biggest automotive organization of the world.
This role offers a dynamic work experience for those who are interested in pursuing a career in process design and development area.
This role is based in Bursa.
Our process design and development engineer will be a member of our vehicle process development team and take an active responsibility in industrial processes improvement in order to maintain efficiency, cost reduction, sustainability improvement and profitability maximize. You will be a part of our artificial intelligence projects, industry 4.0 studies and TEYDEB projects.
- To ensure the management&monitoring of the product/process in his area of responsibility.
- Realization and commissionning of the Industriel Projects based on Q-C-D-Rh-HSE objectives. (Included of preparation technical specification. )
- To analyze development requests and quality/reliability issues on the product/process, identify and assess risks by using the qualification process and implement permanent corrective actions. ( analyze data, determine root causes, develop implementation plans )
- Define the milestones of the case, its quality control process and its validation plan.
- Write or contribute to the drafting of the CPI (Project Investment Agreement) and in particular bring the supporting elements.
- Organize tenders with Purchasing and participate in the selection of suppliers, write the purchase request and manage the budget of the case.
- Piloting supplier in the design, implementation and development means taking into account the security requirements, regulation and prevention
- Coordinate the arrival of the tools on-site work and the start of production
- Contribute to the performance of the process in his area of responsibility.In the treatment of plant quality problems originating from the tools of processing, provide expertise art (so-called Level 3) support the N1 and N2 analyzes carried out by the manufacturing and quality.
- Contribute in continuous improvement workshops; propose measures,suggestions to improve product and process quality.
- To communicate with the other Renault Plants and TCR to have the best practices, new updates , standarts, rules..
- Prepare RFNM, Best Practices,REX
