QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
We want to strengthen our organization with a new team member who will be responsible for:
- Design/change/improvement of warehouse management processes on SAP and all other connected IT platforms
- Standardization of IT based processes in coordination with other Bosch plants and central departments
- Implementation of IT requirements based on internal customer needs
- Following-up new developments and technologies in the market and propose solutions for process improvements
- Checking process maturity and definition of improvement actions in case of deviations
- Giving consultancy for managers and power users of the related user department
- Giving 2nd level support for material flow and warehousing related SAP problems
- Coordination of power users who give 1st level SAP support
- Participation in international projects and leading local projects for process improvements and roll-outs
- Working in central support groups
Qualifications
- Degree/Masters in Industrial / Computer Engineering
- 3 years working experience
- Fluent in English (German is an asset)
- Business process know-how in the area of logistics and especially warehouse management
- SAP R/3 expertise in at least one of the modules WM/MM/QM (S/4 HANA and/or eWM experience is an asset)
- Knowledge about digital warehouse management platforms and i4.0 applications in the logistics operations
- Ability to use Microsoft office tools (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Familiar to business analytics solutions (PowerBI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud etc.)
- Project management experience
- Change management know-how is preferred (CIP, VSDiA)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to find solutions
- Results-oriented, methodical and pro-active attitude
- Problem-solving mindset
