QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Design, implementation and support IT systems for logistic processes
- Ensuring that development is consistent with the defined specifications and that cross-platform requirements deliverables are aligned effectively, to ensure smooth interaction between systems
- Collaboration with logistic department
- Capable to design new solutions
- Controlling integration with different system
- Process analysis and design, as well as determining the requirements in the specialist departments
- Coordination with the development team for the realization of functional design
- Analyzing and evaluating new technologies, developing strategic recommendations and analyzing effects
- Coordination of system rollout and operation, ensuring the defined procedures and communication methods
- Leading the testing for new developments and enhancements
- Supporting and assisting key users in the project and in their daily business
- Customize, support development and test new features for business in close alignment with involved stakeholders
- Assist developers and project members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or similar disciplines
- Business analysts experience in Logistics Systems
- Fundamental knowledge of logistical processes (warehouse, supply chain, transport management)
- Knowledge and experience in system design, analysis and technical specification of data processing systems and interfaces
- Knowledge in IT Project Management methods
- Capable to work with international teams and good team player
- System integration knowledge is plus
- Experience as a supply chain consultant or key user is a plus. ( exp: SAP MM consultant)
- Fluent in English, German is an asset
