General Qualifications And Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, Computer science and Engineering degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and business process knowledge
- Ability to write and execute basic SQL Queries
- Ability to prioritise among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
- Strong collaboration skills, relationship building, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Great time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment
- In-depth knowledge of Agile Process and principles
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication in English
We are in the search of Business Analyst & Product Owner
Job Description
- Analyzing the requirements and according to the analysis, writing User Stories with Acceptance Criteria and Definition Of Done.
- Planning releases for products, breaking down requirements into epic, feature and user stories.
- Writing User Acceptance Test Cases and making UAT with Stakeholders.
- Performing as the functional bridge between the internal and external customers and Development Team members.
- Maximizing Product Backlog's Value by prioritizing and ordering the Product Backlog.
- Leading grooming sessions to explain all the details of the project, make it clear for the team.
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry to ensure that we build today what our customers will want to use tomorrow.
