Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, information technologies or a related field,
A minimum of 3 years IT experience
Experience working within agile development teams and processes
Experience with software integration patterns – web services, event management, SOAP, JSON, XML, REST and WSDL
Hands on SQL/PLSQL knowledge
Experience in solution architecture and web service design is a must
Strong communication skills at all levels of the Business, other IT teams and 3rd party service providers
Advance level in both written and verbal English
Ability to multi-task amongst several priorities
Eager to learn new technologies, languages and methodologies
Project management experience is a plus
Salesforce and/or Jasper experience is a plus
Job Description
Working in coordination with business units throughout the software development process, ensuring coordination to meet business demands and functional needs
Designing business processes, performing functional and technical analysis in line with business demands in IT projects
Managing different models of integrations between ERP and other solutions
Giving system trainings to the key business users
Provide technical leadership to projects
To make the necessary updates to the existing software modules in a timely manner,
Support for related service desk requests
Proper escalation of issues to IT management
Develop, create, and modify software applications in accordance with applicable software development methodologies
Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
