RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and documentation business requirements
- Working with business stakeholders, converting business requirements into technology solutions (functional specifications and tasks) and overseeing their documentation and deployment, forwarding the tasks to the software team
- Determining the project objectives, budgets, resources and time needed, reporting to the stakeholders and leading new projects according to the needs of the stakeholders
- Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
- Coordinating project team members and assigning individual responsibilities
- Supporting user acceptance tests (UAT), apprising stakeholders/task reporters of tasks, and planning and coordinating release processes
- Prioritizing future product backlog with the product owner and planning new projects in line with strategic goals
- Serving as a connection between product and development
- Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations
- Extract and retrieve information and data sets to improve upon software
- Determine roadmaps for products in the creation phase
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (preferably industrial eng.) or related
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to work with large teams
- Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
- Working with Design Teams
