QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or Business-related area, preferable MBA degree,
- Fluent in both written and spoken English,
- IFRS Knowledge is preferable,
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar position in multinational environment,
- Extremely quantitative, analytical and data driven, result oriented, self-motivated, ability to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines,
- Excellent command of MS Excel and other MS Office applications,
- Professional designations (CMA, ACCA, CPA etc.) is preferable,
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules (SD and MM will be regarded as an asset)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct report to Finance Manager,
- Coordinating FP&A cycles including Closing & Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting in coordination with stakeholders, including Global finance functions,
- Expands and controls internal KPI’s with a focus all financial parameters including analyses of deviations & improvement suggestions,
- Provide financial visibility together with analysis and continuous follow up of risks & opportunities,
- Continuous focus on Financial Statements to enable accuracy,
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc Financial/ Business reports/analyses for the company management (If any),
- Preparation and support of the annual audit by external audit companies
