REPORTING SPECIALIST
AkzoNobel is searching for a “Reporting Specialist” who will play an important role within the Finance team.
(The position is based in Gaziemir, İzmir)
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics / BA / Engineering or master’s degree in the related areas
- Preferably has a minimum 3 years of experience in Big 4 audit firms as an auditor and at least 2 years of experience in the same position in multinational manufacturing companies.
- Certified Public Accountant certification (SMMM) is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Local GAAP (Turkish generally accepted accounting principles) and IFRS.
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Advanced level of written and spoken English
- Advanced level in MS applications, especially in Excel
- Strong experience in SAP FI & CO modules
- Ability to analyze and report data from SAP and HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
Responsibilities
- Support on monthly closing, financial statement preparation and analysis in line with AN rules
- Accurate and on time preparation of requested reports with the use of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) format and with necessary preliminary preparations
- Performing follow up and recording of Fixed Asset procedures, creation of investment internal orders, buying, capitalization and CAPEX closure
- System introduction of raw material and finished product costs and additional costs via SAP
- Working with auditors and InControl teams
- Cost control actions on cost centers and cost elements basis
- Support of other functions and departments on daily activities
- Acting within the framework of the Akzo Nobel Business Principles
