Socotab Yaprak Tütün is one of the leading oriental leaf Tobacco merchants in the world, supplying quality, compliant oriental tobacco to the world’s top cigarette manufacturers and is looking for an ambitious and motivated candidate to join as Data Processing Specialist.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in preferably Industrial Engineering or relevant Engineering programs
- Min. 5 years of similar experience in a multinational production environment
- Very good command of verbal and written English
- Competency in Microsoft Office and ERP programs
- Analytical thinker and good planner
- Ability to supervise and work together with a diverse group of people
- Experience in TPM and Lean Management
Job Description
- Manages and controls both Finished Goods, WIP and raw material inventories.
- Create and update Bill of Materials
- Accepts and controls the proper drafting and compiling of documents serving as grounds for accounting entries related to green and processed tobacco movement on the territory of the factory, in compliance with the internal document-flow rules of the company.
- Provides support and coordination to the Processing team, wherever necessary
- Presents results of the analyses in formats for Management and customer reports
- Makes statistical analyses to identify patterns
- Uses statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts for all operational matters
