QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Franklin Electric, one of the leading manufacturers of international water and fueling systems, is looking for a Sales Analyst. The position will be based at Impo Motor Pompa San. Tic. A.S. Izmir site, which is the leader of the Turkish submersible pump industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in industrial engineering
- 3+ years of experience
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good command in Microsoft Office Applications, especially in Excel
- Experience in using ERP programmes, knowledge of E1 is an asset
- Strong communication, coordination skills, self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Team player
- For male candidates, military service should have been completed
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyzing system costs and building sales price lists working together with Sales Manager
- Systematically checking buying prices of traded goods, preparing price list of these traded products
- Updating E1 with approved listed prices
- Updating E1 with trade goods prices with daily changes received from suppliers, announcing new prices to customers
- Checking stock levels for trade goods and their spare parts, coordinating with procurement department to send related PO’s
- Preparing monthly sales reports
- Checking product stocks regularly and determining the products to be announced in the weekly campaign, determining the sales prices, preparing the pdfs and announcing campaign to the customers
- Assisting the Sales Manager. (e.g. preparing proposals, having knowledge of Power BI and preparing all reports, ensuring all organization in the regional manager's travels, preparing regional manager presentations)
- Supporting or backing up sales operation units when necessary
