Job description :
Deliver order management as required
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, accounts and relevant problems
Serve as the front end, main point of contact for the sales team
Work directly with the sales team on a daily basis to fulfill their requests, which may include processing applications, assisting customers, process contracts, etc.
Work collaboratively with the production, quality teams and other departments to ensure superior customer service
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Provide coordination between AKG Head Office and AKG Turkey teams regarding customer demands
Collect and consolidate forecast data from customers
Develop and monitor performance indicators
Closely follow up other tasks that will be assigned by department manager
