QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments
  • Work experience in sales support roles
  • Must have fluent English (German is an asset)
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with personal computers and networking, specifically Microsoft Excel, SAP
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Job description :

  • Deliver order management as required
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, accounts and relevant problems
  • Serve as the front end, main point of contact for the sales team
  • Work directly with the sales team on a daily basis to fulfill their requests, which may include processing applications, assisting customers, process contracts, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with the production, quality teams and other departments to ensure superior customer service
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide coordination between AKG Head Office and AKG Turkey teams regarding customer demands
  • Collect and consolidate forecast data from customers
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators
  • Closely follow up other tasks that will be assigned by department manager
