QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bonfiglioli Group, with it’s headquarter in Bologna / Italy, is producing innovative and reliable solutions for the power transmission and control in the general industry, mobile business and for renewable energies.
In our plant in Izmir, Turkiye we assemble gearboxes and geared motors for the local market and Middle East countries.
To grow our team we are looking for
Sales Support Specialist
located in Izmir;
Our requirements:
· University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
· Good command of English in both written and verbal communication
· Excellent command of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is a plus
· Working experience at international / multinational companies is an asset
· Having strong interpersonal , communication skills
· Well organized and good at time management skills; systematic, reliable and team worker
· Completed military service for male candidates
Your duties:
· Responsible for customers “order to deliver process”, follow up all related process steps, complete required system transactions
· Open and follow orders in SAP, prepare necessary documents for any sales operations when required by the parties in his/her team,
· Work in coordination with other departments, especially logistics and finance department
· Responsible for answering and directing sales-related phones and e-mails
