QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Franklin Electric, one of the leading manufacturers of international water and fueling systems, is looking for an Export Sales Specialist. The position will be based at Impo Motor Pompa San. Tic. A.S. Izmir site, which is the leader of Turkish submersible pump industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- 3+ years of experience
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge in customs rules and regulations as well as international freight
- Experience in handling all related banking process of export
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Team Player
- For male candidates, military service should have been completed
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Communicate with customers, respond to customer inquiries, guide customers through the purchasing process, give product recommendations, provide necessary export documentation
- Responsible for assisting Area Sales Manager for preparing product pricing quotations
- Inputs sales orders to the ERP System
- Follow up with planning and manufacturing departments to ensure that the orders are manufactured on time
- Coordinate shipments and priorities with production
- Organizing customs broker, transportation and shipment processes and arranging documents during export processes
- Provides feedback to area sales managers in order to meet customer needs
- Following customers payment performance and informing related parties
