ANDAR is established in 2012 and locates in Ankara, Turkey with 3 different premises in METU Technopolis and Ankara Technopark. ANDAR designs and manufactures electromechanical solutions and products for International Defense and Aerospace Industries.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors in Industrial Engineering or relevant fields, MBA is a plus
  • Solid experience in project management / account management / contract management /tender management
  • Experience in analysis and reporting processes
  • Preferably PMP, Agile training
  • Developed understanding or willingness of legal compliance issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain and manage complex work requirements.
  • Proactive approach and result oriented skills,
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Able to cope with high levels of stress under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-growing environment.
  • Good level of Excel, MS Project&Visio, any of the ERP/MRP/CRM programme knowledge
  • Good communication skills with knowledge of written and spoken English


RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Development Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and act as a focal point of communication between the management, technical teams and client.

Since tenders and projects have very strict deadlines and requires high amounts of work, the ideal candidate should be results driven and customer-centric individual with a combination of strong planning and interpersonal skills and posses a passion for anything quantitative.

  • Management of the Customer Requirements (Technical specisification and Contracts) to develop schedule and task assignment for writing and producing proposals/materials on time.
  • Define the proposal/contract requirement and lead the development of competitive proposal by assuring the submittals are align with their respective Contract/RFI/RFPs’ requirements.
  • Contribute to managing projects to improve customer and selling partner experience, working closely with internal and external teams.
  • Prepare and develop materials (executive reports, presentation..) for meetings, interviews, and presentations,
