General Qualifications
We are looking for a "Business Development Specialist" teammate with whom we operate in the Defense and Aerospace Industry.
- To graduate from Business, Economics, Statistics, International Trade or Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
- Fluent writing, reading and speaking English,
- Having at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the Strategic Planning and Business Development department in Defense and Aerospace Industry sector,
- Preferably having been involved in strategy development, business model development or process analysis,
- To have strong communication and persuasion skills, to be assertive in communication,
- Problem solving and solution-oriented work,
- Result oriented and responsible,
- Having ability to think analytically,
- Preferably having knowledge of relevant regulations and laws,
- Problem solving and alternative solution skills,
- High corporate representation ability, successful in human relations, adapted to teamwork,
- Strong verbal and written communication, high negotiation and persuasion skills,
- Advanced planning and follow-up skills,
- No barriers to domestic and international travel,
- To use MsOffice programs well,
Job Description
- Taking an active role in strategy and business model development activities, coordinating these activities, executing the relevant processes and being the liaison between the parties involved in these processes,
- Taking an active role in the strategic planning activities of the companies within the group and contributing to the determination of long-term goals and objectives,
- Designing business models and developing strategies with different perspective analysis,
- To prepare / take an active role in preparing detailed business plans and feasibility studies for both new and ongoing businesses,
- To follow the developments in the sector, to discover, define and present new opportunities,
- Comprehensive market, sector, fair, etc. in the evaluation of new potential business areas. making analyzes, evaluating and reporting the results,
- To conduct market and competitive research for ongoing business, to evaluate and report the results,
- To inform the management regularly by preparing presentations on financial (and other) results related to corporate performance management,
- To carry out proposal preparation activities, to evaluate proposals,
- To support contract preparation studies,
- To make plans for domestic and international Fair participation,
