Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team and share our success story;

  • If you have graduated from the relevant departments of universities that provide 4-year education (Faculties of Engineering, Economics and Administrative Sciences),
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in Business Development and/or Product Management,
  • If you have at least 2 years of experience in the Information Technologies sector (Preferably if you have command of Call Center technologies)
  • If you have a good command of General Information Technologies terminology,
  • If you have a good command of English,
  • If your presentable, positive, dynamic, customer-oriented, analytical thinking and planning skills are developed,
  • If you are solution-oriented, prone to teamwork, and have high persuasion skills,
  • If you can create added value, bring innovations, manage innovations and have an open mind,
  • If you are proficient in MS Office programs,

What Do We Expect From You?

  • To support the sales team in the realization of sales targets,
  • Identifying and analyzing customer needs and requirements and creating appropriate technological solutions,
  • Coordinating with relevant units within the scope of Product Management and Business Development activities,
  • Preparing the customer presentation for the solution and making the presentation to the customer when necessary,
  • Researching competitor products and solutions,
  • Carrying out all kinds of promotion and presentation activities related to the products you are responsible for,
  • Implementing profitability-enhancing and innovative applications,
  • Researching and comparing existing or new solutions according to new customer needs,
  • Carrying out projects for the presentation of new services and products for the existing customer portfolio.
  • Developing alternative business proposals for Sales teams to present before reaching new customers.
  • Carrying out the entire process from idea creation to implementation in the new service / product design process.
