Responsibilities:

· Leading efforts on expanding relationships with existing business partners

· Quarterly and annually sales target delivery

· Visiting business partners regularly including accurate and visible reporting on all sales activities

· Representing our unique value propositions, involving other teams if necessary

· Execute upsell and cross-sell strategies

· Identify pain points and gaps on field and advise inventive solutions for improvement

· Acquiring a deep understanding for the needs of our business partners.

· Collect and consolidate business requirements together with our business partners

· Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments

· Recognize and seize growth opportunities


Qualifications :


· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business,

· 7 or 8+ years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development,

· Demonstrated ability expand successful partnerships,

· Knowing e-commerce and/or logistics dynamics,

· Hands-on, analytical skills to break down complex problems, results-oriented mentality

· Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills,

· Good command of MS Office and Salesforce/CRM

· Strong leadership, communication, project management, time management and problem solving skills,

· Experience with managing the development of e-commerce applications,

· No obstacle to travel
