QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will;
- Drive and deliver owned projects (especially on Sales Force Automation Systems) as a project manager within the schedule, budget and timelines agreed with business partners
- Understand business obstacles for sales and marketing solutions, create solutions based on advanced analytics and draw implications for model development
- Enable new processes to successfully wrangle, cleanse, and harmonize complex data sets from various internal and external sources including those received from retailer, distributor, and wholesaler customers
- Manage the design detailed SFA solution on projects
- Collaborate with business users & project leaders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable measures
- Closely work with solution providers to ensure delivery on time with expected functionality
- Follow-up implementation of project and provide support
- Keep IT Service Level as agreed with internal customers
- Be actively involved in key global digital & topline projects and you will strongly collaborate with various internal and external partners such as the departments, local markets, central IT organization
- Build & improve team's knowledge, processes and best practices
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;
- Minimum 3-4 years of job experience in business applications (Especially on Sales Force Automation, mobile applications, etc.) either as a consultant or analyst
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, industrial engineering or relevant disciplines.
- Proven project management experience in relevant areas
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and top-notch negotiation skills, conceptual thinking ability
- Experience with mobile apps and industry
- Experience with web applications and industry
- Able to travel if needed
- Fluent in English both oral and written
