Job Description & Responsibilities:
Ensure that all suites are prepared on time, prior to guest arrival. Compile and record guest preferences, and track preferences per guest stay. Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests. Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction. Promote hotel facilities, services and products using appropriate upselling skills. Meet and greet most of the guests personally on arrival and departure. Interact with guests to ascertain correct preferences, and overall experiences satisfaction. Inspect the quality of services are provided according to agreed standard. Share guest complaints, comments & problems and provide solutions and take appropriate actions. Work with related departments to give quick service responses to guests. Ensure butler pantries are always fully prepared, organized, clean and safe. Fully understands the difference of guest levels (VIP). Follows Butler Grooming and uniform standards. Ensure all guests and colleagues receive and follow the Hotels core values and culture. Ensure guests receive efficient and courteous manners and hotel standards are applied.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years working experience in the 5-star luxury hotel environment
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Proactive communications skills
Ability to work under pressure
Posses a friendly, energized and outgoing personality
Strong team player
Able to work concentrated and effective under pressure
Excellent English and Russian verbal and writing skills (Turkish is a plus)
