QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

The company we are consulting ; has been providing heavy lifting and transportation services with engineering solutions to its customers for more than 60 years. These services also include project planning, route studies, lifting engineering, project management and installation work. With strong references to previous projects in Turkey and the Caucasus, we serve our customers in the petrochemical, renewable energy and power sectors, especially in the fields of greenfield, plant closure, maintenance and offshore projects. With our headquarters in Istanbul, Turkey, we operate internationally in Eurasia, the Middle East and Africa.

Competencies and skills:

* Bachelor Degree in Engineering,Commercial and/or Business Administration

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales

• Proven track record within the Heavy Lifting & Heavy Transport Industry (preferred)

• Experience in Oil , Gas , Renewable Energy field (preferred)

• Excellent command of English both written and spoken

• Strong relating and networking skills

• Energetic, Enthusiastic, Motivated Self Starter

• Strong adaptability, highly motivated and responsive to change

• Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Living in the Asian side of Istanbul (preferred

Job description

· * Identify and secure business from new and existing customers. Research and analyze market opportunities.

• Forecasting sales target to assure resources are effectively organized and retained in order to accomplish targets.

• Managing and planning of sales activities to meet sales targets and objectives.

• Maintain, update and report CRM data.

• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met at all times by providing prompt, through and professional assistance.

• Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to increase revenue.

• Understand what motivates customers and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.

• Research, identify and pursue opportunities in various sectors , build & maintain relationships with new clients.

• Receive, process, manage/execute and timeously submit tenders.
