Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Associate degree preferably in Tourism/Hotel Management/Travel Agency/Tourism Guidance,
  • Good command of English,
  • Preferably 1 year of work experience in travel agencies or call centers,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Being able to work with a focus on guest satisfaction,
  • Capable of effective teamwork,
  • Adaptable to flexible working hours
  • No restrictions to travel required by the job in certain periods.
  • Living in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul.

Job Description

  • Fulfilling the requests received by the call center,
  • Informing the guest about the service/products and following up the process.
