We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist for our partner which is in the education sector based in the USA and located in Maltepe.


Job Description


  • Monitoring sales and service calls

  • Assessing agents calls and providing feedback

  • Participating identify customer needs and expectations

  • Preparing and analyzing quality reports for management

  • Training new employees


Requirements


  • Experience in operational and/or quality areas.

  • Minimum telesales experience of 2 years.

  • Advanced level of Excel.

  • Knowledge of quality standards

  • Advance level of English

  • Able to independently manage work time.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
