QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job description
The position is Property Consultant and successful candidates will be the first contact for our new clients. Your Customer Service skills will ensure that you can respond quickly and efficiently to new enquiries, building relationships and offering advice and information.
You will develop and manage a database of up to 250 clients on a regular basis. Successful candidates will be:
· Experienced in a customer facing position
· Computer proficient, using MS products, online chat and in-house database
· Competent, with excellent written & verbal skills, in English, Persian.
· Organized and reliable
· Self-motivated and able to work well without close supervision
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE
· Bachelor's degree at a college or university is a must.
· Persian as mother tongue plus Advanced level
in English (reading/writing/speaking)
. Turkish driving licence is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of Property Consultant is one of the most important withinUniproperty sales operations as the PC will have first and lasting contact with the client, from initial enquiry through to sales appointment and beyond.
The role requires high levels of customer contact, by phone, email, whatsapp, viber etc
PC duties include:
· Replying to all new enquiries in a professional and informative manner
· Creating and updating in-house database records
· Identifying clients’ needs and sending property details to meet budget & requirements
· Establishing client relationships to build trust and rapport
· Encouraging clients to visit, and arranging viewing appointments
