The leading international travel agency “Meeting Point Turkey” which is operating 8 different regions in Turkey is looking for a “Call Center Staff “ position for its dynamic, success-oriented and highly motivated team in Antalya Office.

About You

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and/or German
• Customer-oriented approach,
• Strong verbal communication, high persuasiveness, successful in human relations,
• Knowledge of Office (Outlook, Excel etc.) applications,
• Able to work in shift system

About the Job

• To resolve verbal/written requests from overseas operators and customers by working in cooperation with the relevant departments.
• To maintain the continuity of service quality by ensuring customer satisfaction.
