QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Calzedonia, founded in 1986, in Italy, which is one of the largest international companies in retail sector (hosiery,swimwear and underwear ), continues to open stores in Turkey.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Construction Technology or related fields with at least 1 year of construction (mechanical tools, electric machinery etc.) experience
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools and AutoCAD
- Fluency in English (Italian is a plus)
- Experience in Merit Report, Budget Estimate, Quantity Survey and also Daily Reporting
- Innovative and pro-active person with effective communication skills
- Target oriented and proactive with a sense of urgency
- Flexible working hours and no travel restrictions
- B driver's license, at least 2 years
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Being at the construction site in the decoration processes of the store and also guiding subcontractors and suppliers,
- Coordinating maintenance-repair requests from stores,
- Follow up on Asbuilt projects,
- Managing daily reporting related to the department,
- Follow up a budget for the works he is responsible for
- Participating in construction site works at night as required,
- Developing new solutions to increase the efficiency of the store maintenance-repair process,
- Making electrical and mechanical maintenance schedule of stores and ensuring that these are carried out.
- Able to work both in the head office and on the construction site.
