QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
- Engineering design of new production facility development and agreement with multifunctional team on factory level
- Participation in contractor choosing process
- Supervising during implementation (contractors management) and commissioning
- Handover to end-user
- Overall responsibility for delivering projects ‘on time in full’ (OTIF)
Key Activities
- Preparation of technical specifications in scope of Project Assan HTK or other capital projects
- Preparation and approval of project schedule
- Participation in tender process, analysis and comparison of supplier’s quotations, ensure compliance to specification
- Supervising during implementation; ensure safe working
- Control contractors ensure contracts fulfillment
- Coordination of different contractors and factory functions or departments
- Participation in commissioning of equipment and services
- Leading of handover to end users
- Participation in internal audits, corrective measurements and ensure compliance
- Change control during implementation
- Reporting
- Budget control, spend forecasting
- Participate in project feasibility analysis, including all aspects of the project, in line with company stage gate process
- Responsible for timely and accurate submission of cost estimates, project plans, gate documents, CARs, etc, as required by KHC processes and routines.
Hard Skills
Attributes and Experience
- Track record of successful project engineering in an FMCG Supply Chain environment, with a degree or equivalent qualification in an Engineering discipline. Preferably Electrical and Electronics Engineer
- Experience in automation and PLC
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Capital Project Engineering/Maintenance roles
- AutoCad
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- High background in engineering, operations or a technical function within food manufacturing preferable, with some detailed knowledge of food manufacturing processes desirable
- Numerical with sound budgeting skills and experience of project budget management and control
- Financial awareness to enable accurate assessment of project performance and business cases, including investment appraisals and profit and loss accounts.
- Computer literate
- English – Advanced
- Residing or able to reside in Balıkesir (Bandırma-Susurluk) or Bursa (Karacabey, Mustafakemalpaşa)
