QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


QUALIFICATIONS

· Engineering degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related field.

· Advanced level of English is required.

· Min. 4 years of experience in telecom industry especially in Mobile Core network,IP Network.

· Have basics of TCIP and how LAN/WANs interact and traffic mirroring methods

· Design/Install/support/maintain/repair network devices and servers such as switch, smart aggregator, data access devices

· Design (using Visio is preferable) scheme of network topologies & platform architecture

· Familiarity with server hardware and related networks.

· Have good knowledge of Linux and SQL.

· In-depth understanding on troubleshooting and new installations&integrations.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit, and adaptability.

· Good problem solving, learning and reporting skills..

· Good ability to diagnose network alerts, events or issues

· Ability to work in a dynamic and heavy working environment.

· Should be able to work as part of a project team or as an individual contributor

· Essentially a Good Team Player

· Ability to lead the team cooperation

· Ability to travel up


JOB DESCRIPTION

· Works directly with business units to solve complex application and data issues. Develops, implements, and maintains business systems and software. Provides front-line support to business units, coordinates systems upgrades and testing, and works in a team environment to develop and maintain application programs.

· Handle customer tickets and preparing the solution implementation documents.

· Operate routine maintenance, testing, problem troubleshooting, software upgrade, providing technical support

· On-site support in case of major or critical problems

· Changing faulty modules on servers on-site.

· Attend and lead technical meetings with the customer and vendors to discuss any issues or new change requests.

· Reporting top technical issues to upper management..

· Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process

· Available after hours and weekends as needed and willing to work on-call rotation

· Available to travel domestic, work location is Istanbul
