GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelors’ degree (Engineering preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in purchasing operations,
· Fluent in English both writing and speaking,
· SAP MM Module (preferred) and MS Office program knowledge,
· Strong communication skills, successful in human relations, prone to teamwork,
· Be able to manage time, plan efficiently, and work under pressure,
· Problem solving, decision-making skills, and negotiation skills,
· Be able to adapt to flexible working hours,
· Has no travel restrictions,
· No military obligation for male candidates,
· Able to relocate to Ankara or already living in Ankara
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Follow up and plan all purchasing processes starting from purchase requisition until delivery of purchased materials to the plant,
· Manage supplier relations, quality claims, negotiating contracts, prices, timelines etc.,
· Coordinate with stock control and planning to determine and manage stock needs,
· Control, follow and report the production and delivery processes of steel suppliers,
· Ad hoc reporting when needed,
