QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To carry out the purchasing processes of the company (especially raw materials) in accordance with the purchasing procedure. Carrying out purchasing activities within the framework of quality and price optimization. Actively participating in the bargaining negotiations, creating the bargaining strategy before the bargaining negotiations, calculating the cost analysis, setting the targets, making the budget controls. The work is expected to be done in line with the Company’s health and safety, environment and quality policies & Company values, and beliefs.
To be worked at Head Office in Ankara, “Purchasing Specialist” is expected to have the following qualifications:
• Min bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Administrative Sciences Department (Mining Engineering is a plus)
• Proficiency in English knowledge,
• Experienced in drafting contracts
• Ability to use MS Office Tools
• Experience in purchasing area,
• Advanced problem-solving ability, being result-oriented,
• Strong analytical, follow-up and reporting skills,
• Advanced negotiation and communication skills, high self-confidence and persuasiveness,
• Having B type driver’s license and being active driver,
• No restrictions for travelling,
• No military obligation for male applicants.
