- Follow up and lead the internal and external VE/Vas or serial change in AEU Organization by respecting Autoliv Change Management Standard (AS 007)
- Accountable of Cost& Function& Timing objectives fulfillment.
- Establishes/review change risk assessment and escalates as per needs.
- Participates to the meetings at customer when required by PM.
- Coordinate/follow up handover and implementation in all impacted manufacturing sites
- Logistics and planning activities include Autoliv procedures,quality policies and IATF16949 ,ISO 9001, OHSAS18001, ISO14001, ISO27001 execute necessary provide
- Managing cross-functional team members
- Consolidation of plant inputs for CCB
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 4 years of experience in manufacturing environment, automotive industry experience is preferred
- Good level of English
- Analytical thinking capabilities.
- Suitable for team work
- Strong communication skills
