QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Casual fine dining restaurant in Bodrum (Turkey) invites "Chef" to work.

The restaurant has 50 (100 in season) seats, international cuisine with a Turkish touch.

If you are ambitious, have leadership qualities, want to realize yourself and in the future to create your own brand and chain of restaurants of author's cuisine, then send your response to the vacancy.

Tasks:

1. To develop the Concept of the author's cuisine restaurant on the basis of gastronomic traditions and opportunities of the region.

2. Prepare dishes of author's cuisine as well as standard restaurant menu.

3. To develop the event concept and author's creative filling of the restaurant.

4. Conduct tastings, master classes, events, communicate with guests in the hall.

5. Organize and control daily production processes in the kitchen: ordering of products, their acceptance, placement of staff, control of wage fund, food cost control, qualification of staff, etc.

6. Control the quality and serving standards of dishes. Develop technological and calculation charts.

7. Select, train, evaluate, and motivate team to achieve better results.


Requirements:

1. 3+ years’ experience as a Chef in a fine dining restaurant.

2. MUST have experience creating author's menu.

3. Beginner Turkish language skills.

4. Knowledge of English.

5. Knowledge of European, Turkish cuisine.

6. Knowledge of modern trends in the catering industry and their application in the work.

7. Knowledge of modern technological processes in the restaurant.

8. Knowledge and mastery of regulatory and technological documentation.

9. Confident managerial skills, ability to organize the work of subordinates, ability to set tasks and control their execution.

10. Turkish citizenship is desirable.

11. Willingness to periodic business trips.

12. Organizational skills, leadership skills, ambition, creativity, passion for the cause.

Conditions:

1. Location of work: Bodrum (Turkey).

2. Prospects for branding and chain of restaurants.

3. Salary by agreement.

4. Partial compensation for accommodation for non-resident.

5. 6/1 non-standardized working hours, floating days off.

6. Fixed-term employment contract for 11 months with the possibility of extension if successful.
