İŞ TANIMI

  • To regulate and control the arrangement of the plate designs, the arrangement of the meals, the arrangement of the other materials in accordance with the instructions and procedures.
  • To check the daily task schedules and ensures the daily schedule according to the standards.
  • To ensure that all food items are prepared in an appetizing and eye-catching manner 
  • During the meal time to make sure the standart appearance of the bouffét 
  • Is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen utensils.
