QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
OBJECTIVE
- Perform chrono analysis of the operational positions (capacity / productivity),
- Control and to schedule the production,
- Analyze the costs (TL/UEP) per factory/ cost center and TL/kg per product in the UEP system,
- Generate information to analyze the unit's results (expenses, production volumes, UEP volumes, index UEP/kg),
- Define the proposals for monthly headcount based on the standard productivity of each product and keeping it updated.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience,
- High analytical and mathematical skills,
- Fluent English (written and verbal),
- Good organizational and communication skills,
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word),
- Proactive and positive approach,
- Trustworthy and with high level of professional integrity,
- Team player,
- Problem solving and coordination skills,
- Ability to travel,
- Based in Bandırma.
