QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
OBJECTIVE
- To provide the New and Exist Product Development demands of Delicatessen, Shawarma and Meat Powder product groups from Marketing, Sales, Export departments
- Building product recipes and procedures on new product and product revisions, creation of label information, product analysis and ensuring the control of legal compliance
- Ensuring the data of final product costs
- Sending product recipe to the system, creating production procedures and informing the relevant units by meetings
- Organizing relevant units in production trials in new product and product revisions, ensuring the adequacy control of the inputs in the trials
- Keeping data in R&D studies and production trials
- Provide and organize sample requests from suppliers

To provide the product revision demands of Cold cuts, Doner and dry meat groups from Marketing, Sales, Export, Production departments and customers
To provide the new product demands of Cold cuts, Doner and dry meat groups from Marketing, Sales, Export departments and private companies
To work on restricted supplier and saving projects in coordination with the Procurement Department
Supporting quality and production units in consumer product complaint
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor Degree / Associate Degree in Food Engineering
- Advanced in English (written and oral)
- Experienced in R&D, Quality and Production department
Required Skills, Knowledge & Competencies
- Microsoft (excel, office, power point) programs
- Suited to team work
- Detail-oriented
- Open to new ideas
