QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently hiring a Clinical Research Administrator to manage ongoing studies of the International Society of Liver Surgeons (ISLS) for Ankara or Istanbul (Avrupa) office.
The ISLS has a number of multicenter studies going on at a global level including leading surgical centers and surgeon scholars.
To qualify for this role, you must be familiar with Medical Clinical Research and have experience in data entry, monitoring, form completion and documentation of results in English.
The individual must be flexible and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. You must be a self-starter and follower of a multitude of communications in a multicultural environment, can follow instructions to minute details.
Clinical Research Administrator– Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective and ongoing communication with ISLS scientific committee, Study Group Leaders and global research participants
- Participates in the creation of clinical documents, which may include protocols, case report forms (CRFs), memos, correspondence, reports and other required documents
- Managing the ISLS social media, Any other related tasks as assigned by Scientific Committee
Clinical Research Administrator - Basic Requirements
- Diploma in Medicine, Life Sciences, Nursing, Biostatistics or equivalent
- Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills
- Experience in conducting clinical studies, data entry and monitoring systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English including daily zoom meetings, email correspondence and phone calls
- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects at once
- Experience with clinical studies in the field of Surgery and Oncology is preferred
- Personal attributes: professionalism, adaptability, approachability, enthusiasm, excellent attention to detail, self-motivated, shows initiative and can work effectively as part of a team
