The Role:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B Sales, experience in sales of Saas services or experience in technology company is plus
  • Experience in SME segment customers, and strong networking skills
  • Proven team management skills and 2 years of sales leadership experience is plus
  • High degree of personal responsibility and reliability
  • Knowledge of commercial fundamentals
  • Teamwork and customer-oriented profile with strong oral and written communication nad presentation skills,
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and customer focused
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
  • No travel obstacles, B class driving licensee
  • Completed military service (for male candidates)
  • Comfortable with challenging environment and changing priorities with a flexible and dynamic approach
  • Familarity with CRM tools

Qualifications:

  • Responsible for sales of Saas products/systems/services
  • First contact point for existing and new customers
  • Creates leads, finds opportunities
  • Acquisition of new customers - analytical processing of market and customer data for sales initiatives, proactive tracking of leads, qualification of customers
  • Define and implement customer-strategic account plans to achieve sales and profitability growth in line with company’s strategies,
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities.
  • Manage visits or calls with customers
  • Meet quarterly revenue objectives and sales target set within the given deadlines
  • Execute business development and sales activities, follow up the projects which create value for the customers,
  • Seek new business opportunities as well as maintaining and supporting existing activities,
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to support efficient planning of products and services,
  • Experience in penetrating new markets,
