QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Coating Inspector" in our project in Murmansk Region of Russian Federation
Job Description
- Read, understood and agreed all the coating and painting specifications.
- Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor/Manager the Non-Conformances Reports (NCR) and Surveillance Reports (SRs).
- Control of storage and certification of instruments and equipment.
- Performs qualifications of Painters.
- Checks and records atmospheric conditions prior to starting of painting operations.
- Checks surface preparation.
- Performs visual checks after blasting.
- Carries out wet and dry film thickness checks.
- Monitors observations of the correct coding cycles.
- Verifies the correct color-coding and painting.
- Performs visuals inspections.
- Performs adhesion testing.
- Supervise Painting activities
- Supervise documentation process/progress
Degree: APPROVED COATING INSPECTOR PROGRAM LEVEL 2
Required Qualifications
- At least associate's degree in related departments
- Experience in industrial projects
- At least 5 years of experience in Coating and supervising
- Proficiency in MS Office and other related programs for reporting
- Minimum intermediate level of English
- Teamwork orientation
- Availability to reside in the Murmansk Region of Russian Federation.
