QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to Business Development Executive, we are looking for a Commercial Expert who aims to add value to his/her career with our highly motivated Marketing and Strategy Team.
Qualifications
- An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset who is capable of designing a business model from scratch and participate strategy formulation, vision studies,
- Engineering, Economics or Business Administration bachelor’s degree, preferably holding an MBA degree,
- Previously ran his/her own start-up,
- At least 10 years of experience within health eco-system preferably in elderly care,
- Extensive local and global knowledge about healthcare services and digital technologies,
- Will be responsible from vendor relations, services, pricing, profitability of the project,
- Has his/her own network from hospitals, elderly care centers, doctors, service providers, health ecosystem startups,
- Must have ability to effectively work with multiple 3rd parties,
- Driven team player,
- Excellent project management and organizational skills,
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills,
- Experienced in working with Agile methodologies, scrum etc.
Job Description
- Transferring previous entrepreneurship, start-up experience, health eco-system know-how to LTC Project
- Contributing the design of MVP and other features of the business model
- Assessment of local & global health eco-system, players, services and helping the design of the game plan, market positioning
- Researching and identifying the ideal business partners (both medical and non-medical vendors) and manage relations effectively
- Defining the scope of services provided by partners and setting revenue/pricing strategy (SLAs, agreement, etc)
- Coordinating relations with start-up ecosystem, investors, incubation centers, etc.
