Job Description
Develop and maintain relations with investors, developers, landlords and tenants
Follow-up relationships with existing and new clients
Develop wide network of office agencies
Manage and develop customer relationships through our CRM platform
Manage negotiations for contract services
Research office building and several type of properties on site and online
Undertaking property survey forms inspections and gathering needed information
Study property listings and adding new properties to database
Prepare marketing strategies for represented properties and execute marketing initiatives in line with marketing strategy
Finding and identifying suitable tenants
Coordinating and managing the leasing and selling process
Lead and manage transaction process relationships
Responsible for preparation of proposals, presentations and other supportive documentation
Negotiate commercial terms for proposals, contract and leases
Secure renewals of existing customer leases
Ensure marketing material up to date at all times
Assist to preparation of office market reports
Attend Real Estate related events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, and seminars, etc).
