QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Position will be located on our Bazian projects.
Qualifications;
- Degree in an engineering discipline from a recognized institution;
- Must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in an engineering office combined with on-site installation, PRE-COMMISSIONING and COMMISSIONING management of projects within the oil and gas industry;
- Must have experience in similar position on at least one major similar project with the CONTRACTOR or his parent organization;
- Must be fluent in English.
Responsibilities;
The Commissioning Manager shall lead a multidiscipline commissioning team for the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and performance test phases until the infrastructure is on operation and ready for delivery to the Company.
- Preparation of detailed programs and procedures of the commissioning activities to be executed.
- Monitoring the work progress of all precommissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities
- Analyze and redirected resources or suggest corrections as necessary to prevent problems, delays or deviation from the established schedule.
- Advise, assist and instruct personnel in all technical aspects of the project
- Implementation of the safety procedures
- Coordination of all Parties involved in the project, such as Sub-contractor's personnel, Vendors' specialists, licensor's personnel, Company's personnel for the activities concerned
- Maintain the contacts with the Company's Representatives, in coordination with the Interface Manager
- Coordination, with the support of the Process Engineers, of the Performance Test Procedures and reports to the Company
- Preparation of the final report covering the specific activities at the end of site work completion; at the end of Precommissioning and Commissioning activities
- Schedule of each work permit procedure
- Develop Training Program for the Commissioning Team
- Attending meetings, writing reports and delivering presentations to the Management.
