QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Community Manager at Doku Medical you’ll support the organization’s online community by monitoring the engagement on various social media platforms.

Community Manager duties and responsibilities

  • Successful brand name management for Dr. Serkan Aygın and Doku Medical.
  • Following up the reputation processes of medical doctors represented within the scope of the brand.
  • Monitors and reports the comments on online platforms.
  • Plans what can be performed at events for brand perception.
  • Creates accounts for those who have consented to have their contents shared, and plans such posts.
  • Creating groups and perception management: Whatsapp / Facebook groups
  • Plans mailing campaigns.
  • Plans alternative web pages or perception management projects for these alternatives.
  • Follows the forums and publishes the comments.

Community Manager requirements

  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Ability to interpret website traffic
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
