GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a COMPANY LAWYER & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS SPECIALIST for our Yazaki Bursa Locations (Gemlik, Mudanya, Yazaki Systems)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Bachelor degree in law
* Good command of English
* Minimum 5 years of experience
* To be able to travel
* Experienced in labor law, social security law etc. especially in automotive sector.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Compliance with legal regulations and standards:
• Compliance with legal norms and internal standards of the Empoloyer.
• Responsibility for compliance with the relevant legal regulations and internal acts of the Company and communicating it to the management team.
• Adaptation and implementation of policies and guidelines related to the Company human resources in accordance with the legal provisions of the country
General Labor acts
• Making General Acts of Company in the field of labor relations and participation in negotiations with employee representatives.
• Cooperation with partner law firms linked to represent the company before the courts and other state authorities in case of labor-legal procedures.
• Responsibility for the efficient running of the flow of personal documentation in accordance with legal regulations and internal regulations of the company.
• Continuous monitoring of changes in regulations in the field of labor law and, if necessary, initiate amendments and harmonization of internal documents of the company.
Personnel Administration
• Creating and maintaining the shape of contracts, rulings, decisions and requirements in the field of personnel administration.
• Responsibility for the accuracy and promptness timely information Personnel Administration.
• Responsibility for timely registration and deregistration of employees in the relevant state institutions. Proposing and actively implement measures to improve the administrative operations of the company, and improvement of internal guidelines and procedures.
• The steady development of productivity and efficiency in its domain of work in accordance with quality requirements and clients;
