We are looking for a 'Group HR Compensation and Organizational Development Specialist' reporting to Group HR Director.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all Group Compensation&Benefits Management related processes (annual salary reviews, variable pay, job evaluations, etc), develop and implement communication tools to ensure Group Compensation&Benefits policy is understandable and transparent
- Track key issues and trends in Compensation&Benefits
- Follow external environment and market to recommend systems and policies aligned with the leading market best practices
- Participating in various external salary and benefit surveys
- Ensure all the salary scales are up to date for Group
- Prepare and monitor manpower budgets, headcount plans and other HR KPIs
- Taking role in the job evaluations systems
- Coordinate all HR planning activities, review and audit headcount all company
- Preparing, revising and presenting annual labor budgets, analyzing variances of budgets and actual costs and preparing new forecasts periodically
- Preparing and presenting all headcount, turnover reports
- Prepare monthly/quarterly HR reports and other ad-hoc reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering
- Min 5 years of Compensation&Benefits / Planning experience
- Experience in HAY job evaluation methodology
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Advanced use of Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent analytical, planning and project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, keen in details with a self-disciplined personality
This position will be based in Ankara.
