QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

University degree preferably in Business Administration or equivalent,

Fresh graduate from University or 1-2 years experience in call center or after sales departments,

Excellent command of written and spoken English,

Proficiency in MS Office Applications,

Teamwork and customer orientation, systematic and analytical approach.


As Groupe SEB Istanbul, we are looking a Consumer Satisfaction Services Assistant for our RDC & CSS Department.

Job Description:

  • Supporting CSS Manager's operational needs.
  • Following, monitoring, and improving “e-learning” project.
  • Following up and responding to complaints received by "Consumer Arbitration Committees" or other government agencies.
  • Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities.
  • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
  • Collect and analyze call-center statistics and KPI. (costs, customer contact service KPI etc.)
  • Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses
  • Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
  • Monitor and improve inbound, outbound, survey calls and other procedures.
  • Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
  • Prepare reports for different departments or upper management
  • Authorizing free of charge repair, replacements, or refunds.
