Requirements:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in English language teaching, English literature, American literature, Translation, Linguistics, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
Excellent command of written and verbal English
Excellent command of computational skills- Excel, Word, PP, Google Docs
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, self-starter, self-planner, enthusiastic on self development
Strong project management skills
Interested in all sorts of e-learning, mobile technologies, social media technologies, online marketing
Willingness to work in a dynamic work environment w/ a global team
Responsibilities:
Responsible for content creation for Academic partners of EnglishCentral online English learning solutions
Responsible for online customer management and support on-phone and online
Responsible for operations including customer reach out and Academic Support
Presentation of the product to Academic partners
