QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Turkish Fulbright Commission is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Commission and to the Executive Director. Tasks will include handling communication, logistical arrangements, event coordination, minutes taking, and other tasks required by the Executive Director such as data collection/analysis, drafting reports, following up on scheduled tasks, etc. The position is based in Ankara.

The qualifications required are:

  • Minimum University degree
  • 3 or more years of administrative level experience in an office environment strongly preferred
  • Advanced level in both Turkish and English
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English
  • Advanced computer skills (especially knowledge of Microsoft Office programs)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate work within designated deadlines
  • No military obligation for male candidates
