We are looking for "Talent Management and Organizational Development Specialist" with the following qualifications to be assigned to Headquarter of Securitas Security Services, Talent Management and Organizational Development Department.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management , Psychology, Sociology, Labor Economics, Education, Statistics, Information and Document Management or other related departments.
Preferably 5 year work experience at training and performance system.
Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Knowledge in reporting methodology in training management.
Successful and responsible in analytical thinking, planning, organization and business follow-up and conclusion.
Strong communication and representation skills, successful in relationship management, able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, work on multiple tasks.
Proficiency in English.
Able to travel intercity.
Male candidates must have completed their military service.
İŞ TANIMI
Responsibilities under job description expected to be accomplished as a team member (All process responsibilities are shared with team);
Preparing and support performance evaluation process
Performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering learning materials
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
Delivering training courses
Developing all training content, including courses, trainers’ notes, course overviews, lesson plans and exam questions
Collaborate with internal trainers, operational and support departments and external parties for content creation
Prepare and utilize reports to monitor KPIs related to training activities
Keeping the relevant databases and systems up to date, and producing ad hoc reports as needed
