QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:


· Preferably Experienced in Digital Contract Management Programs,

· High verbal and written communication skills,

· Following up on whether the contract complies with GKG Danışmanlık accounting/tax rules and policies, the obligations of accepting invoices or issuing invoices, payment terms, stamp duty that may arise, and similar process management issues,

· Uploading signed contracts scanned by the units to the common area,

· Performing the final checks of the signed contract originals (in terms of stamp duty liability, signatures and stamps of the parties, date of signature from the contract),

· Archiving of contract originals transmitted by units,

· Keeping and filing the current official documents of GKG Danışmanlık throughout GKG Consulting and within the document management function, filing them and, if needed, forwarding them to the applicants who are employees of GKG Consulting, upon the approval of the Manager of the relevant requesting department,

· Checking the documents (signature circular and Trade Registry Gazette, annexes) that should be in the contract annexes,

· Collection, filing and preservation of official documents. If the said documents are needed, they are forwarded to the relevant departments.


Qualifications:


· Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Informatics or Engineering faculties,

· At least 4-5 years of experience in the field of Purchasing,

· Knowledge regarding Marketing and IT processes is nice to have,

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications,

· Excellent verbal and written in English,

· Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills with strong analytical and planning skills,

· Highly self-motivated, flexible, energetic team member,

· High creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
