We are looking for a 'Contract Manager' for our project in Guinea.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering or Business Administration,
- Minimum 10 years of related experience,
- Advanced level of French and English,
- Advanced knowledge of Fidic (yellow book),
- Experience as a Contract Engineer in a EPC Contractor, Client or General Contractor organization,
- Experience in the review, evaluation, drafting, negotiation and management of contracts, preferably prime contracts,
Job Description
- Claims and disputes with contractors subcontractors,
- Advise and support project directors, managers, and engineers on developing and implementing contracts and contracting strategies,
- Support project teams in the negotiation with clients, contractors and subcontractors to achieve project objectives,
- Review, advice and draft letters on contractual correspondence.
