QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


The Role:

The CPM will report solid line to the PMO and will be responsible for overseeing globally all the NPD projectsthat will be launched to meet larger organizational and industrial goals. He/she will coordinate efforts between different projects of different scale, leading the corporate improvement project consistently with stakeholders’ strategy, and continuous excellence implementation approach.

Key Responsibilities:

· Set up and coordinate of Project Teamspace within Company intranet

· Lead project team making sure effective project governanceis in place and local teams are effectively coordinated

· Ensure the project delivers the desired scope and quality within the approved budget and deadline.

· Responsible to make sure product cost is met.

· Ensure regular project reporting and project dashboard is available to all project shareholder, providing regular updates on the current status of the project, while identifying and resolving key issues.

· Responsible to present project, updates in sponsor meetings, steering committees and board meetings.

· Single Point of contact (SPOC) for Customer and responsible to ensure that Customer requirements are effectively addressed.

· Responsible to make sure effective Project Risk Management is in place.

· Problem solver Engage with stakeholders at all levels to mediate conflicts and solve issues.

· Coach and train teams on project management processes and knowledge area.

· Promotes and support the spreading of Project Management culture within the Company

Qualifications & Requirements:

· At least 5-10 years of proven work experience in project management ranging from small to organization wide projects with different complexity levels

· Further qualification in project management (e.g. PMP, CSM and CAPM) is appreciated

· Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project

· Motivated and hands-on-mentality

· Strong analytical abilities together with structural approach

· Preferably background in Product Development

· Knowledge of sharepoint is a plus

· Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Technical competencies:

· Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects;

· Good knowledge of project and project management methods;

· Languages: Full proficiency in English is a must.
